Factory of Mainland China

Our factory for mold-making and plastic injection in China is located

in Dongguan, Canton, just 50km north of Hongkong. The facility

opened in March 1991 and received its ISO 9002 rating in 1998. A

workforce of 800 people builds quality molds and does plastic

injection at very competitive prices. Since they work around the

clock, the lead-time for molds and parts is very short. Like our factory

in Shulin, these production doses not rely on subcontractors. We

have CNC-machines, EDM-machines, heat-treatment facilities and a

department for texturing. We can handle tools up to 750 x 600 x

500mm. The injection department is equipped with 55 machines (from

80t up to 550t). This facility is your ideal choice for the production of

standard tools and the mass-production of injection parts.
